The Foundational Leadership Development programme involves attendees each experiencing leading a 5-6 hour leadership/management project where they get to hone their leadership skills whilst receiving highly empowering coaching and constructive feedback in real time. The coaching will usually be delivered over a 12-36 month period initially in 6 month blocks of 6 face to face 1-2-1 monthly sessions interspersed with appropriate telephone/video conferencing and email support.
Once the executive being coached has reached an appropriate level of performance and self-sustainability then the intervals move to bi-monthly and even tri-monthly in person meetings.
